Image Disc and Copyright Release

You may choose to purchase a disc of all images from your wedding with a limited copyright release for $300 plus sales tax.

A minimum purchase of $500 is required before you can buy the disc and release. Print orders, gift items and Photo Books count toward the $500 minimum purchase. Sales tax, shipping and the photographer's wedding fee do NOT apply to this total.

The release will grant you permission to use the images in digital format (such as on your personal computer, by email, on Facebook, etc) as well as permission to use the pictures for prints up to 8x10 or on photo gifts where the image is no larger than 8x10 inches.

For prints larger than 8x10, please order through this site or contact Dana for special permission. An additional release fee will apply for any use larger than 8x10 and must be used only on specified images.

Q. How do I know when I've reached the $500 minimum purchase?

A. Dana can check order reports to get the total for your wedding gallery. Just contact Dana to get your current total.

Q. I believe everyone has placed their orders, but I still have not reached the $500 mark. Can I still purchase a disc and release?

A. Please contact Dana for a personalized purchase price.

Q. Will any of the pictures on my disc be touched up?

A. Yes! Any pictures that Dana touched up for your previews, plus any pictures touched up for orders will have the fixed version on the disc.

Q. You didn't offer this option when I got married. Can I purchase a disc and release now?

A. Yes! I currently have archive copies of every wedding since I opened my photography business. That means older weddings can choose this new option even though this policy wasn't created until 2011. Contact Dana about your pictures today!

Q. We also had an engagement and bridal session. Can we add those images to our disc?

A. Yes! Any additional sessions, whether engagement or bridal, can be added to your disc for an additional $50 per session.
